Types of Submissions
The conference accepts three types of original works:
Full Paper – completed or consolidated Research & Development (R&D) works aligned with the conference themes. Limit: 10 pages.
Short Paper – works in progress, presenting preliminary but relevant results open to discussion. Limit: 6–7 pages.
Extended Abstract – an initial overview of objectives, methodology, and preliminary results, serving as a concise summary for discussion and future development. Limit: 1–3 pages.
Submissions can be in Portuguese, Spanish, or English, must not have been previously published or under review elsewhere, and must be submitted in Word format only.
Submission Structure
Full Paper / Short Paper
Submissions should include:
- Title of the paper
- Author details (full name, affiliation, and email)
- Structured abstract (300 words), including objective, methodology, originality, and results (mandatory), plus practical implications and limitations if applicable
- Keywords (3 to 6)
- Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology, Results and Discussion, Conclusion and Future Research
- References in APA – 7th edition format
- Acknowledgements (if applicable)
Extended Abstract (1–3 pages)
The abstract should include:
- Title of the paper
- Author details (full name, affiliation, and email)
- Structured abstract (300 words), including objective, methodology, originality, and results (mandatory), plus practical implications and limitations if applicable
- Keywords (3 to 6)
- References in APA – 7th edition format
- Acknowledgements (if applicable)
Submission and Presentation Rules
- Conference registration and payment are mandatory for all participants.
- Accepted abstracts, when presented, will be included in the Book of Abstracts.
- To ensure publication and presentation, at least one author of each work must be fully registered by June 14, 2026, respecting the suggested page limits.
- Only one work per registration will be published; additional works require payment of an extra fee, limited to one additional work per registration.
- Each registration allows participation of only one author in the conference.
