1. Presentation Format

  • All rooms will be equipped with a computer and projector.
  • Presentations must be in MS PowerPoint or PDF, following the official template:

  • It is recommended to keep copies on multiple devices (email, USB drive, cloud).
  • Speakers must upload their presentations at least 15 minutes before the session starts.
  • Alternatively, files can be sent to geral@cicet.fundacaocvc.pt, requesting the organizers to load the presentation.
  • Each session will have a member of the Organizing Committee, clearly identified, available to assist speakers as needed.

2. Presentation Time

  • Maximum time per presentation: 20 minutes.
  • An additional 5–10 minutes is allocated for discussion at the end of each presentation.

3. Virtual Participation

  • ICABM2026 allows virtual participation via Zoom.
  • All instructions will be sent by email.
  • Submission rules, deadlines, and registration requirements are the same as for regular participation.
  • Researchers opting for virtual participation should contact the Organizing Committee: geral@cicet.fundacaocvc.pt.
  • Virtual participants will receive an official presentation certificate (per presented paper) and an official participation certificate.
